Licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania, Amber brings a rare level of expertise and regional insight to every transaction. She set the tone early in her career by earning her licenses in all three states within just six months—an example of the drive and discipline that continues to define her success. Known for her tenacity, Amber has a reputation for navigating complex deals and getting them across the finish line when others can’t.

Deeply rooted in Cecil County since 2004, Amber is as local as it gets. She’s an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, a familiar face at community events, and someone who doesn’t just participate—she leads. From organizing the town’s St. Patrick’s Day parade to running in the Baltimore Half Marathon (and even for town council), Amber brings that same energy and commitment to everything she does.
